Temple Dairy Barn
We all watched in silent amazement as an 18 year old kid, patiently put it together. Block by block and board by board, he labored winter and summer. With a little help from his friends, the arched rafters were lifted and welded into place. The cows moved in, milk began flowing and wide-eyed children clutched their mom’s sari in the presence of the gently beasts. The temple dairy barn is sacred ground where East meets West. It’s where farm apprentices mature in their appreciation for cows as co-authors in agriculture.
