The Garden of Seven Gates

New Vrindaban Community’s largest protected agricultural growing site. The 6.5 acre project is divided into 12 organic growing zones, surrounded by an eight foot deer fence. Large scale organic production starts in March with spinach, lettuce, fava beans etc and ends in October with winter squash. Soup beans, wheat, rye and oat are also raised along with tomatoes, okra and chard. The G7G has been targeted as an ideal site for replicated trials by visiting research scientists and  agricultural professionals.
